Background: eBay was the O.G. home of sneakers. Until it was overrun with fakes, frauds and phonies. While eBay’s newly minted Authenticity Guarantee ended the knockoffs, sneakerheads and sellers were slow to return.

Idea: We took our authenticated sneakers to where legit masterpieces are housed - museums. The Museum of Authentics housed a prized collection of rare, priceless and game worn sneakers including the Mona Lisa of sneakers worth $1M. The eBay Authenticated collection was under 24 hour high security guard and featured an eBay prototype sneaker by YEEZY’s Cesar Idrobo. As well as a live Authentication Station, a gift shop by P.A.M., and panels and talks featuring famous sneakerheads.
