Background: Credit card needed to create some viral social impressions in order to compensate low media budget. An action that resonates in social media without spending money.
Idea: As this credit card is targeted for elite travelers, we created some crafted direct mail that made them share it on social media. As they travel and love pictures, we created an smartphone case that they couldn't resist sharing in their facebook and instagram pages, because it's what travelers do.
Results: From a micro-specialized targeted data base 800 card members database we had more than 2000 free impressions and a 3% non-cardmembers conversion rate.
